A similar incident occurred two days earlier, on April 26, in the city of Vladikavkaz – then at night a fire destroyed the diesel locomotive ChME-3. The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine states: on the Russian railway it reduces the military logistics capabilities of the aggressor state,” the report says.
