It is very important that the state has clear communication with the relatives of captives, the president noted.

At a meeting of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on Monday, April 29, issues of negotiations on the release of prisoners were discussed. President Vladimir Zelensky announced this in an evening video message.

“Today I held the Headquarters. Report of Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrsky, detailed report. Front. Our positions. The hottest destinations. The delivery we expect. There was also a report from the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, the head of the SBU, and representatives of the Coordination Headquarters regarding negotiations on the release of prisoners.” said the head of state.
